
Pica Express® is a family-owned gourmet snack brand with more than fifteen years of experience creating, producing, and distributing products rooted in quality and flavor. As the brand continued to grow, the challenge was to evolve its presence without losing the energy, warmth, and recognition that had made it successful.
Our work began by defining how the brand could expand while maintaining clarity across multiple product lines. The objective was to strengthen shelf presence, establish clearer differentiation, and allow the brand to grow into new expressions without fragmenting its identity.
We started by repositioning the flagship products, Yanikeke® and Palitos®, through refreshed packaging that emphasized vibrancy, personality, and immediate recognition. Building on that momentum, we supported the launch of two new product lines, Tikkas® and Pittas®, which introduced a more refined visual direction. These lines balanced richer ingredients and a more elevated tone while remaining connected to the core brand system.
To unify the portfolio, we designed a website that reflects the brand’s evolving position. The platform combines clarity, color, and structure to support browsing, storytelling, and discovery. The result is a cohesive brand system that allows Pica Express® to grow across categories, appeal to broader audiences, and maintain consistency as the business continues to scale.
