Kismera® is a premium hair-care brand trusted within the professional salon industry, offering a wide range of specialized products for curative, hydrating, and restructuring needs. While the product quality and breadth were strong, the brand lacked consistency across its lines, making it difficult to communicate hierarchy, purpose, and premium positioning at scale.

Our engagement began by clarifying how Kismera® should be positioned within a competitive, luxury-driven category. The objective was to elevate the brand’s perceived value while bringing structure and clarity to an extensive product portfolio.

From this foundation, we developed a unified brand and packaging system that organized product categories through clear visual logic and intuitive tagging. The system was designed to simplify decision-making for both salon professionals and end customers, while reinforcing Kismera®’s premium positioning through restraint, consistency, and hierarchy.

Packaging was refined across all formats, with careful attention to layout, typography, color usage, and box structure. Every detail was designed to support a cohesive, high-end presence across retail shelves and digital environments. The result is a structured, modern brand system that strengthens recognition, improves usability, and supports long-term growth within the professional hair-care market.
