
Dalu Cotton is a hospitality textile supplier serving hotels and resorts across the Caribbean. As the company expanded, there was a need to clarify its position as a premium, reliable partner within a competitive market and to bring consistency across its brand and digital presence.
Our engagement began by defining how Dalu Cotton should be positioned within the hospitality sector. The goal was to communicate quality, trust, and understated luxury without excess. From this foundation, we developed a complete brand system, including a refined visual identity designed to reflect softness, reliability, and long-term durability. Typography and color were selected to support a calm, confident tone suited to the hospitality environment.
The brand system was applied to a redesigned website built to serve both wholesale and retail audiences. The platform prioritizes clarity, usability, and structure, allowing visitors to explore product categories such as linens, towels, bathrobes, and amenities with ease. Visual hierarchy and restrained imagery support a professional, elevated experience while clearly communicating product value.
To ensure consistency across all touchpoints, we extended the system into a full stationery suite, including business cards, letterhead, and digital templates. The result is a cohesive brand ecosystem that aligns perception with capability and supports Dalu Cotton’s continued growth across regional and international markets.
