Sylvan Foods is a white-label frozen food manufacturer supplying some of the world’s leading brands across retail, foodservice, and e-commerce. While their operational capabilities and client roster were strong, their brand presence did not reflect the scale, quality, or sophistication of the business.

Our engagement began by clarifying Sylvan Foods’ positioning and defining how the brand should be perceived by large-scale partners and decision-makers. From this foundation, we repositioned the brand away from a generic category presence and toward a more confident, forward-thinking identity aligned with their role as a trusted manufacturing partner.

We translated this positioning into a cohesive brand system that included a refined visual identity, a more assertive color palette, and a clear brand narrative. These elements were codified into a comprehensive brand guide to ensure consistency across teams, partners, and touchpoints.

The updated brand system was then applied across key channels and supported by elevated food photography, structured messaging, and a cleaner, more modern design language. The result was a clearer, more credible brand presence that better reflects Sylvan Foods’ capabilities and positions the company for continued growth across multiple distribution channels.
